Sometimes I realize in a major way that I am too blessed for words.
Like my job for example. I love my job. I love who I get to work with. Its a great place and this is just icing on the
cake.
Last Tuesday several of the girls at work were running around like mischevious little elves. I kind of knew what was going on but I wasn't allowed to see anything.
That afternoon I walked into the board room, saw this:
and was thrown an awesome shower by our association staff and members! It was so much fun, and I was overwhelmed with the gifts they showered us with. Thankyouthankyouthankyou guys!!
And check out these cookies~ I mean, how PERFECT are they?!!? Courtesy of Peggy, our caterer we use for all of our events and who also makes sure I have something sweet every time she comes to visit!

And, the biggest surprise was that I had no idea this sneaky one was in on it.
Emily announced that we had a special guest, I turned around clueless, and he walked through the door, and had driven up from the 'boro as soon as he got out of class to celebrate with

us.
Yep, thats me all teared up when he walked in. Sweet guy. Pregnancy hormones. Good times.
We all had a good time opening up gifts, and Julie made sure Ben got to open a little something he would be excited about. I'm not sure who is the bigger fan, Jules or Ben, but they've got Kaelyn taken care of. Roll Tide =)
(Look at that smile. Tell me he isn't excited for his little girl!)

The elves and me. You guys are priceless. xo

And, a little inside joke that was the most hilarious thing ever:

That would be our company logo. Our company logo is blue. PrintInk # PMS288 Blue to be exact. Its like the holy grail of colors in our world. And our logo is never ever to be done in anything else, for fear of certain trash collection to whatever is printed in the wrong color. You think I am exagerrating, but I am not. We're serious about our branding around here.
So when these rolled out of the box, in three different shades of pink, the whole room howled. It was awesome. And yes, ladies and gentleman, that is what my munchkin will be wearing when she gets introduced around the office. LOVE IT! (Kudo's to Emily for her onesie creativity!!)
We are speechless. Thanks to everyone for being too good to us, and to the one in the belly!
Much love xoxo dae
