A First

Yesterday afternoon the faculty at Ben's school threw us our first baby shower!

We had way too much fun opening cards and gifts...not to mention the amazingly beautiful cake that was made for us. (In case I didn't tell you, Kaelyn and I are complete cake girls at the moment. We devour it like none other, and we aren't shy about it either. )

We were so blessed with so many gifts, if I had a picture of each outfit I had a fit over, this would be a much longer post.

One of my favorite moments was when I was opening a gift bag from our friends Todd & Amanda, and pulled out a precious pack of onesies, and when I showed it to Ben, he looked at the package of rolled fabric and replied "What are those?". I started laughing so hard for some reason. Huh. Guess we need to cover dressing-a-baby 101 at some point. This is going to be fun!
