Here is another awesome clip of Zack (#10)
My mom sent this scanned article over last night. Looks like my youngest brother made the sports section a day or two ago... I'm still trying to translate all of it, but apparently he's got game. (Insert proud sister smile here.)Zack's high school team is below (he's the one with the buzz cut in the middle in case you couldn't pick him out).
Meanwhile, Ian, the DJ-superstar, was holding down the fort and the two hairy beasts of a black labs at home.
You go boys.
Over here in the 'boro, Ben and I have been taking it easy. Ben survived the first full week of teaching 3rd grade, and I have been spending quality time catching up on episodes of Grey's and closet organization ( I know, I know, its so exciting we can hardly stand it either). But I have to admit, I like easy. I enjoy easy like this every now and then.
In other news, we have also signed up to be a foster home for this awesome place. We have gone back and forth between whether we want to get another puppy, then I heard about the rescue and knew that was the answer. Well, I sort of knew that was the answer. I almost signed up to be a foster home for a local great dane rescue too. Then I realized there would be no room in the inn if I kept on going the way I was going. I think I have a small obsession with puppy-love that I probably really should deal with...
Here's to animal lovers everywhere.

I've heard of that foster organization and think it's a wonderful thing! My family has had two Golden Retrievers, and their personalities definitely aren't meant for the stress of an animal shelter. My dream is to have a house with a fenced in yard so that I can do the same thing one day!
