Packed

If  we tried to pack any more into April we probably would have just busted at the seams. What a fantastic month! We haven't stopped going around here, and that's the way we like it.

Or that's the way this one like's it, at least. Cheeks full of Easter chocolate and all. 
Seriously.  Rotten.

Here's some of what we have been up to...


We had birthday #2, complete with the most popular mouse in town;

 

We also had a party at school (I have yet to hear the end of "I wanna cuh-cake!!") but I can't find those photos to save my life. Shoot.

She had a couple of Easter egg hunts.

It took all of three seconds for her to figure out opening the eggs was VERY important.

Sugar detox begins now.


We took her on her first trip to the zoo.... Mesmerized.

And after 4,700 failed attempts this year (we're 2 and 0... last year worked just as well. We keep a strong record) at the family Easter picture, we settled for this

I'm also knee deep in learning how to plant and harvest lettuce, make the perfect mint fruit tea, and finding dinner recipes that include a strong helping of things a two year old can do, because there's no longer one cook in this kitchen. Suggestions???? :)
