As you can see, we had a blast with some special visitors this weekend! :)

Time flew by way too fast, but we had an awesome evening with the Palmers. It's crazy to think that 6 years ago Jan and I were roommates having a blast with not a care in the world, and now our husbands sit around talking about golf, and we're watching our little girls crack each other up.

More exciting news ~Our good friends Todd and Amanda welcomed baby Parker this weekend!! We had to go love on her ( Idonothavebabyfever, IDONOThavebabyfever...). Talk about a beautiful baby, this little girl is to die for.
Kaelyn was enamoured. To the point when I had both of them on my lap and gave Parker to Ben, Kaelyn started whining like a injured hyena. (Did I mention we've reached the dramatic stage? It's highly entertaining.)
It was a bit of a bittersweet visit, only because I'm just a complete and total sap.
We were in the same (as in, almost exact) hospital and room that Kaelyn was born in a year ago (4 days apart).
I walked in and started having very vivid flashbacks. (Thank goodness I had a great experience).
As much as I am excited and celebrating each and every change, every new word, discovery, or little personality trait, it also means that the past 12 months are gone. Whoosh. Once upon a time she was that little. That new. That ... ugh. I've got to stop.
